You get to use professional quality, strong and safe Balanced Body Reformer with Tower combo. Spring tension gives an adjustable amount of resistance for every exercise.
Springs can be used to both make an exercise more challenging or provide support to assist in the movement.

Large padded sitting box allows you to explore the full reformer repertoire. The ropes allow for a variety of arm and leg strengthening exercises including assistive stretches. This style of resistance training helps to tone and lengthen the muscles with the spring tension.
An advanced bridge using the Push-thru bar.
