Many options available to feel the benefits Pilates can have on every body! The full repertoire has hundreds upon hundreds of exercises, with several modifications for each! Start your Pilates practice and feel how much stronger, leaner, balanced, taller, flexible and toned your body can become.

Mat-based group class (In-person or Virtually)
Joseph Pilates, the creator of the method first developed a system of body-weight exercises on the mat. I incorporate more contemporary movements to his classical order with the use of props to expand the variety of challenges. Keeping your mind and body focused on form and quality of movement allows for an effective full-body workout. Mat classes are 45 minutes in length. You will need to bring your own mat, water bottle and sunglasses.

Reformer
Private on-on-one lessons in the studio room. Balanced Body reformer, sitting box and jump board options. In studio classes are 60 minutes in length. Reach out if you need a shorter or longer class length to suit your schedule.

Tower with mat conversion
Additional classically inspired options with the Push-Thru bar, Roll Back Bar, Spine Corrector and Springboard. An array of props like foam roller, small Pilates Ball, weights, large stability ball, Magic Circle and Stretch Bands, can be incorporated.
Grip socks are required in my studio, but optional at the beach. I have a few loaner pairs if need be.

60 Minute private class
Spend a full 60 minutes with me virtually in your home, or in my home studio. Fully customized and personalized instruction, after a quick over the phone or email consultation. Bring water and grip socks. All equipment sanitized between students!

45 Minute Beach mat class for Selby residents and their guests (Virtual class open to all)
Small group class meets on the back deck of our community clubhouse during warm weather. During the colder seasons or rain we are inside the clubhouse, with the same beautiful views. Resistance training relying on bodyweight and small props offers an efficient and effective full body workout. Bring your mat, and sunglasses!

Plan to come a few minutes early to your first class to discuss how you body is feeling that day with me, and also to sign your waiver form. Sanitizer, water fountain and public restrooms available at the beach clubhouse.
